- IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ESSENTIAL WASHING IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
