In both cases, we only charge after each completed visit. There is no need to pay in advance.

Do I need to be home for you to do the work each month?

How long will the job take?

For your convenience, we plan to complete most window cleaning services within four hours. Larger homes can take longer, and if the job is expected to take more than four hours, we will send two crews to complete the work efficiently. What kind of cleaning solution or equipment do you use? Is it safe for tinted windows or low-E glass.

Essential Washing uses premium, proprietary professional-grade tools designed specifically for window cleaning services, along with proprietary formulations developed in collaboration with Titan Laboratories, a leader in glass and window frame cleaning formulations. All Essential Washing products are environmentally safe and contain no chlorinated fluorocarbons, acids, alcohols, or other harsh components. This approach is designed to be safe for tinted windows and Low-E glass.

What happens if something gets damaged or scratched?

While we work hard to prevent issues, our technicians take before-and-after photos of the windows and also document any existing damage found on-site that you may not be aware of. Do you wear shoe covers or take precautions inside my home?

Yes. We wear shoe covers 100% of the time when entering a home to protect floors and maintain a clean, professional work environment. This standard applies to full interior services and any visits that require indoor access, including customers on recurring plans.

How do I pay? Cash, credit card, Zelle, online or invoice?

We collect payment after each completed visit, whether it is a one-time cleaning or recurring service. Cash, credit card, or Zelle are accepted. After each visit, we send an invoice for work completed by email or text for your records. For memberships, a card on file may be used for convenient billing after service is completed.

Do you offer satisfaction guarantees or warrantees?

What is you cancellation or reschedule policy?

Do you offer screen repair, pressure washing, or chandelier cleaning?
